So this review focuses just on their customer service. The first watch I received was faulty. Beautiful, but wouldn't keep time. I contacted them. They responded quickly and politely. Asked for a video of the watch and its functional issues. Once they received that, within 24 hours they e-mailed me with their plan to rectify the matter and shipped another watch. EXCELLENT customer service. This is noteworthy in that many companies one deals with on-line are so poor in this regard.
